If you are already using Goalist, but you want to try out the ADHD-Student-backup, make sure to backup your database now.

Open HTML-file to view the contents

Open the HTML-file in a browser to view all the elements of the sharing file in a hierarchy. Clicking the Detailed View/Compact View, you can hide and show the notes.

Scrolling down, on the right, you can see a Download button, where you can access the GEX-sharing-file.

Import .gex-file in Goalist
Open your Goalist-app and read the tutorial-pages in the beginning.
Open the Menu in the upper left corner and select the Backup-tab.
Select Import a GEX file and browse to the folder where you have the downloaded 'goalist-import.gex', select it. When asked if you want to add all contents, select Import. The elements that are new will be added to the already existing database.

Already using Goalist?

Make a backup of your current database before you proceed. Also make sure you are using the newest version of the Goalist-app. The sharing file is not going to overwrite any already available data, like installing a backup would. Just in case, though, maybe you want to come back to your original tasks later or you just want to look at how the ADHD-Student-database feels like before you decide to use it - backup your app before importing the .gex-file.
Set English as language
Change the language to English so you can follow the instructions with ease:
Dropmenu > Settings > Other > Language.

Activate all free core modules

Dropmenu > Modules > Free core modules
​
Activate Select Multiple Tasks and Tags.
