Upper Toolbar

Take a look at the upper toolbar. Selecting a task will make options appear.

Edit: Make changes to the default settings of a task with the Edit-function. These changes will apply to the task in general, not only in your Day Plan.

Eg. Maybe you never use make-up and you can change Name of the 'Make-Up/Hair'-task to just 'Hair'. Or you need less sleep during a night and want to change the default duration.

Make your database serve your needs, but do it one task at a time. By using the app you can slowly adjust the database to fit your purpose.

Notes: Add custom notes to the task for the instance (only that task), daily (only tasks that day) or general (all tasks always).

I use notes to specify my tasks on a daily basis. For example, by adding the note "Mom" to 'Call someone'-task.

Other task options

Add again: Will add the selected task again to the end of the Day Plan.

Remove: Remove the task from your Day Plan.

Move: Move the task to another Day Plan. A calendar will pop-up.

Fix/unfix duration: Lock the duration of the task. When active, indicated blue anchor on the left in the task is light up.

Enable/Disable alarm: Choose if you want to be notified when it's time to start the task. When active, indicated on the left of the task item.

The arrows up and down will move the task accordingly in the Day Plan.

Tap on More to open the task options (Main menu) and there again More options to access the next page (Submenu)

Let's imagine you didn't go to sleep until after midnight, you could use the Insert before to add any other task before the sleeping.

Select More > Mark done to finish the first task on the list.

The starting page is your Day Plan

Access your Day Plans by tapping Goalist in the Dropdown-menu

Make sure you are planning the right date. Use the arrows on the sides to choose a past or future date, or tap on the date in the middle to jump from any date to the actual.

Use the Search-icon to add any task or task-set. Eg. Start by typing in "Morning-Routine" and selecting it by tapping it. Tasks will appear on your Day Plan.

Select the task Sleep by tapping on it. A toolbar underneath it will pop out.

You can now adjust the duration to represent your last night sleep by pressing +/-. Each tap stands for the smallest time-unit, 5 minutes in this case.

A long press on one of the symbols will make a window pop up where you can easily change duration by moving the blue dot on the timeline.

By selecting multiple tasks you can also move them up and down in your Day Plan or apply other options, which we will look at closer in the next step.

Selecting  multiple tasks

Press long on a task and then tap consecutive tasks. In the lower toolbar you can now choose to mark all done.*

*If selecting multiple tasks isn’t working on your phone, go to Dropmenu > Modules. Activate the free core modules that aren’t activated.
